APL Assist Burnley Borough Council

A 150 year old Grade II listed former cotton mill in Lancashire is being given a new lease of life in a ambitious project that has led to visits from Prince Charles.

During Princes Charles visit, Aerial Platforms Limited (APL) equipment was on site, looking as pristine as ever thanks to our PDI system and Eco-Friendly Powered Access Washer.

Burnley Borough has approved plans for Burnley University Technical College on the site of the disused and dilapidated Victoria Mill and APL were on hand to assist with the requirements.

Due to the confined space on site, APL’s Cherry Pickers, PAVs, and scissor lifts needed to be crane lifted into place but we were more than happy to assist with ensuring this was not a issue for our customer, leaving our customer to concentrate on  other finer details on this regeneration scheme.
