As a telesales advisor you will proactively contact existing and new customers with the objective of generating revenue.
Reporting to your line manager you will focus on outbound telesales within the business to business sector, concentrating on companies who have future requirements for powered access equipment.
Using our existing database you will update client information and record all sales activity; responsible for an allocated region the successful candidate will work closely and develop a close relationship in order to improve regional revenue and profitability.
An important part of the role will be to carry out market research including customer surveys, provide support for field and sales activity.
Telesales and Customer Service experience
Computer literate and excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
Be able to demonstrate a professional approach to Customer Services through a friendly and polite manner, ensuring accuracy of information.
Confidence to seek out further selling opportunities and demonstrate highly effective negotiation skills
To possess personal qualities which are demonstrated through enthusiasm, personality, and self-motivation
Experience of the plant hire / construction industry an advantage but training will be given, more importantly a ‘can do’ strong customer service ethos is essential.
