The Snorkel S3970BE is a compact rough-terrain scissor lift which can be operated on either diesel or electric power. It features 4-wheel drive and non-marking rough terrain tyres, which combined with its self-levelling outriggers and oscillating axle make it perfect for both indoor and outdoor work.
