MACHINE INFORMATION

The Manitou 280TJ is a diesel-powered telescopic boom lift designed for high-reach applications. It offers a maximum working height of 27.75 meters and a horizontal outreach of 21.45 meters, enabling access to challenging work areas. The platform supports up to 350 kilograms, accommodating up to three operators and their equipment. Its compact design, with a width of 2.43 meters and a stowed height of 2.72 meters, enhances maneuverability in confined spaces. Equipped with four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, the 280TJ ensures superior performance on rough terrains. Additional features include a 360° continuous turret rotation, oscillating front axle, and a 3.8-meter jib with 70° of tilt, providing versatility for various tasks. The machine's weight is 16,500 kilograms.

STANDARD FEATURES

The Manitou 280 TJ diesel-powered telescopic platform provides the greatest working height of the range (27.75m).

Thanks to the continuous turret rotation and its horizontal outreach of more than 21m, movements of the machine are reduced and the operator has an exceptional working area. Its significant ground clearance combined with its all-terrain capabilities guarantee a high-level clearance capacity.

The 280 TJ access platform has very compact dimensions and a weight that is less than the standard, which improves maneuverability on cluttered sites and faciltates its transport. The noise level is reduced as well as fuel consumption thanks in particular to the incremental hydraulic management for engine speed.
